The agent learns the teen and starts the rhythm
Answer the 7 onboarding questions. Pick an essential. Set up Telegram. Schedule the Morning Minute, after-school check-in, and evening plan. Use it for a week.
Courses 0-4 are setup. The teen (with the parent observing) clicks through each one. You sit beside them - the goal is the doing, not the watching. Course 5 starts automatically once the agent is connected to Telegram. The teen doesn't "do" the essentials - the agent teaches them, in conversation, one at a time.
The teen doesn't sit down and read each essential. Instead, the agent weaves the essential into the daily rhythm:
